It’s important to know where important documents are located, and identify those that you need to either update or obtain. It’s overwhelming, but it also doesn’t have to happen all at once. You can decide which areas are most important and need your immediate attention and which ones, for now, can wait.
Search the FAQ for entries containing:
- Marriage license (civil),
- Marriage document (religious),
- Prenuptial agreement (civil),
- Prenuptial agreement (religious),
- Postnuptial agreement,
- Divorce (civil),
- Divorce (religious),
- Conversion records for either partner.
